Get The 10 Habits Used By Positive People To Overcome A Negative Mindset

When Martin Seligman became the President of the American Psychological Association and decided to focus on the causes of happiness vs. depression, a whole stream of science started to emerge in order to prove that building in positive rather than overcoming the negative pays back on people's happiness and success story.
Positive thinking actually means approaching life’s challenges with a positive outlook . It does not necessarily mean avoiding or ignoring the bad things; instead, it involves making the most of the potentially bad situations, trying to see the best in other people, and viewing yourself and your abilities in a positive light.”- Kendra Cherry.
The great effects of a positive approach are now proven by science. Being positive makes you healthier, happier, more empowered and more attractive. It boosts your energy, your motivation, and your performance. A positive mindset improves generally your quality of life.

We have all experienced how exhausting could be sharing time with someone that is usually noticing the empty half part of the glass. Generally speaking, we all want to be this friend of us that is always truthfully smiling and energized enough to keep going no matter what while cheering up everybody around him.
Some people are genetically predisposed to see the world darkly.  According to the happiness formula, 50% of it is determined by our biological predisposition, 10% to our conditions and circumstances in life and a huge 40% by the voluntary actions or choices that we make daily. So genetics is there but we can still say that positivity is a choice.

10 Benefits of Rising Early, and How to Do It? here we goooo...........

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” –  Ben Franklin, famously “Put no trust in the benefits to accrue from early rising, as set forth by the infatuated Franklin …” –  Mark Twain Now, let me first say that if you are a night owl, and that works for you, I think that’s great. There’s no reason to change, especially if you’re happy with it. But for me, switching from being a night owl to an early riser (and yes, it is possible) has been a godsend. It has helped me in so many ways that I’d never go back. Here are just a few: Greet the day . I love being able to get up, and greet a wonderful new day. I suggest creating a morning ritual that includes saying thanks for your blessings. I’m inspired by the Dalai Lama, who said, ” Everyday, think as you wake up, ‘today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expan...

HOW TO BE HONEST TO YOURSELF?

Honesty is a huge part of self improvement and overcoming delusional thinking. If we aren’t honest with ourselves then we can’t expect to learn and grow as individuals, because we aren’t willing to recognize reality for what it is. When we are dishonest, we only choose to see what we want to see, but we ignore what we don’t want to see. This may provide short-term happiness or relief, but in the long-run it’s unhealthy and destructive. Being honest with ourselves can sometimes be painful, but it’s a necessary component to long-term happiness and success in our lives. Here are key ways you can become more honest with yourself. Acknowledge both the good and bad in your life One common way we delude ourselves is by ignoring the “bad” aspects of our lives. Sometimes it’s easier to turn a blind eye to our problems rather than confront them face-to-face. However, the truth is that ignoring problems in our life doesn’t fix them. It can even make things worse in the future...
