Get The 10 Habits Used By Positive People To Overcome A Negative Mindset

When Martin Seligman became the President of the American Psychological Association and decided to focus on the causes of happiness vs. depression, a whole stream of science started to emerge in order to prove that building in positive rather than overcoming the negative pays back on people's happiness and success story.
Positive thinking actually means approaching life’s challenges with a positive outlook . It does not necessarily mean avoiding or ignoring the bad things; instead, it involves making the most of the potentially bad situations, trying to see the best in other people, and viewing yourself and your abilities in a positive light.”- Kendra Cherry.
